I saw this recipe in the published issue of Novembers byo cant find it on the internet but heres the recipe i was curious if any one had tried it.

Porter Pork Paint
1/2 cup butter
1 cup diced sweet oinion
1/4 cup malt vinegar
juice of one lemon
1/4 cup LME
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp dry mustard
1.5 tsp white pepper
12oz of your porter of choice
Combine all ingrediants and simmer for 20 cool and puree in blender

it looks tasty!
