here are some grilled chicken breast finishing up.
i smothered them in italian dressing as prep. threw them on the grill; in-direct heat at 325-350 degrees and based with a honey/butter mixture halfway through the cooking process.
yum. I love using Italian dressing as a simple marinade for chicken - works great baked as well...
yeah i bake it every once in a while but love the flavor it gets from the grill. and the butter/ honey added a crisp sweetness to it as well.
We also use Good Seasons Italian mix and about half the time I use Balsamic vinegar instead of apple cider vineger. Makes for a nice variation and is equally delicious.
I'll have to try this out sometime
