Default Deep Fried Twinkies and Pastrami.

OMG.
Someone opened a deep-fried anything you want shop in Fremont.
Twinkies
Oreos
PB&J sandwiches.

Just trying to figure out what homebrew to pair with a deep-fried Oreo.
Their non-deep fried pastrami is perfect.

The evil reptilian side of me thinks it would be a killer food cart to open after I move back to Portland this winter ( cross fingers ).

Default

An ESB or a sour ale to cut through the fat and sugar.
