Default Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I found this recipe for Broiled Tilapia Parmesan a month or so ago looking for something new with the fishies I had. Made it again tonight, it is outstanding. It doesn't say it but the recipe is good for about 4 filets so adjust accordingly. Other thin sliced white fish would do great as well.
