Anyone have a good recipe to use with a bread machine with some beer in it? sounds good to me!

Just take your normal recipe and reduce the liquid by the amount of beer you are using.

Of course, there's also "beer bread," a quick bread that uses baking powder for leavening and beer for tastiness. There's a bunch of different recipes online if you google it. I make it fairly often, since it's really easy (no kneading or waiting for it to rise), and damn tasty.

It's not as good as the challah that I make every week, but then nothing is.

You know - I haven't taken my bread maker out in a LONG time. Anyone have a good recipe? I'd like to do a pretzel bread or something similar.
