Well, it's not exactly a beer glaze, but this was as close as I could find:

I've actually made the 2nd one & it was pretty darned tasty. I'd think to make a beer glaze you'd need to reduce the beer, which would remove the alcohol. I've reduced porter, stout & brown ale to make sauces & had the best results with the porter. I also added things like soy sauce, spices & honey, even fruit.

Just be sure to let the beer you reduce go flat before you start to simmer it; it'll foam all over if you don't. Regards, GF.
