Looks like a good recipe. I love beer in cooking. Shrimp boils...chili...the water reservoir in my smoker. Beer is a jack of all trades...

Me too! I like to drink my beer rather than put it in the smoker...doesn't really seem to add much to the flavor...so why waste it?
