A friend recently delivered a 50 gallon stainless steel hot water tank used in a local food production facility. Said friend just happens to be the individual who fastens, manufactures, alters this stainless steel to food grade standards. He claims he can turn it into pretty much anything I need it to be.
So I am asking anyone willing to offer suggestions.... How should I use this... Mash tun? Lauter tun? Brew kettle? And how should it be fashioned?
Lastly.... It is quite likely he can get me more.
