Hello,

I purchased a freezer conversion from the Chicompany and was not happy with its performance, namely the sloppy control knob. I wrote and email to the company inquiring about a possible return/exchange. Matt wrote me back within the 24 hours stated on the site AND sent out a replacement unit free of charge with a return label so I could send my old one back.

Holy Sh*t.....What customer service! I didn't even request it and he did it.


It is hard to find companies that really give a hoot about the customer anymore. Just wanted to share it with you guys.

You're right it is rare to find these days, which is stupid because in the end it is good for the company. Look at the word of mouth marketing they are getting from you for their efforts. Glad things worked out for you and thanks for passing on the info.
