So I got my new stand up and running with three SG-12 burners. I can adjust the height of the burners from 3.0" to 5.25"
After my first run (set at 3.5") I took 6.5 gallons of water from 56F to 154F in 40 minutes. Ambient was 54F.
Next it took 20 minutes to go from 149F to boil.
I went from a propane hungry BG-14 to these, so I am not sure what to expect performance-wise.
I am using 0-20 psi regulators. Thanks all.
