So I bought one of the aquarium thermostats from ebay that I have seen mentioned a lot in these forums. I was wondering If anyone knows where I could find the temperature probes local? They didnt come with the thermostat, and they said they would send another but it still has not come. are probes usually universal? would a place like home depot have them?

If it was a STC-1000 it should have come with the probe. There is no easy way to second source the STC-1000 probes. Was it an STC-1000 or something else?
