Temp controller in collar

Howdy folks. I've been lurking here for a while, but finally decided to post.

I am about to build my Keezer. I have seen a few pics around of guys that have installed their temperature controller right in the collar. I really like this look and I am thinking of doing it for my build. The problem is I can't seem to find any threads dedicated to this sort of build. Most of what I find is the external project box type of build. Does anyone know of a thread that documents how this install goes? Specifically I am interested in how the controller is wired (without an outlet), how it is secured in the collar and any other info that might help.

Thanks in advance.

Bump. I'm interested in this as well for an upcomming keezer build.

Hey Pawtucket,

I found this thread while looking around. Maybe it'll help you a bit too.

Giggity.

That is a very nice build thread with plenty of detail to imitate the temp controller in the collar. After reading up on the possible condensation problem that could be hazardous, I decided I'll just build the regular "eBay temp controller" build in a project box and hang it on the side of the keezer.
