Recipes 

I've been looking at a few freezer chests on CL, and I was wondering where I can find a more fine tuned temp controler for the freezer. Any companies that sell them? Are they manufacture specific? And what would it take to install one?

Ranco and Love controllers are both good. some people use johnson controllers as well, all are accurate enough for brewing purposes. any of the three can control any freezer or fridge. Installation is pretty simple and usually all that is required is an extension cord cut in half and a maybe a screwdriver.
