I've brewed ~4/5 batches on this. Lov'n it!

First I tried from my hd, then I figured that didn't work and tried to upload my pictures to flickr but our firewall doesn't allow us to upload files.

I drain into a one gallon pitcher, then transfer each gallon to the boil kettle. That way I can keep track of how much I collect.

Sounds like you need a sight glass on your BK so you can take advantage of your gravity system without all that manual intervention.
