This thread has been a serious love/hate for me...I love the rigs but hate that I did not have a decent one. Today that changes! I feel like I am in some sort of secret society! This is my weldless shelving brew cart and the link to the build page.

Have several batches under the belt on this one. BCS controlled fully automated...well with the exception of grain and hop additions (I have to have something to do!).

Thanks. That thing is older than me, and I'm 39. My dad brought it back from Misawa around 1970. I've had it now for about 15 years. Makes the best bbq'd chicken on the planet.

Btw the fully automated rig is sweet too. I have a mid-1960's Sazco Kamado and your right they cook beautifully!

Just got the kettles in last week and did a wet run with water. It boiled off 3 gallons in 60 minutes. I m thinkin i should turn down the burner. I really dont know what i should start off with as a pre-boil amount now. But i m looking forward to brewin on it.
