I've been waiting for this day for some time. I went and ventured into building my own brew sculpture. I'm finished. It's running as I type. I am very excited to share it with you all! I will answer any and all questions, and I will take additional pictures if requested.
Fermenting - Kit Skaddington's English Pub Ale, Weizenbier and a Canadian dry something or another(Last 2 are Mr. Beer kits I stumbled upon.)
Lagering - Nothing.
Secondary - Nothing.
Bottle-aging - Irish Red, English Bitter, Centennial Pilsner and 2 ambers.
In the Fridge - Irish Red, Ambers, English Bitters, Chimay and Milk Stout.
