I've been noticing a good amount of heat coming off the sides of my keggle on a single tier system. In an effort not to melt my igloo MT I fashioned some heat shields from a little grill I saw on clearance at target. The first two brews with them on I've noticed less heat out the sides and a quicker heating of my water and wert.
