They should get you squared away and have them drop shipped directly to you!! From first picking up the phone to having them completely ordered it took me about 15 minutes, should be about 31 bucks each plus whatever shipping runs you.

I'm so glad I found this thread so i could order some
Thanks! I'll give it a shot tomorrow.

Hahaha, It's not THAT creepy I swear!

ONTO SOME NEW PICS

Here's one my gf took: she shot it through a shank hole at the lid:

GF screwing the wood to the lid (I'll be reading for the PUNs on that one...)

COLLAR TEAM... ASSEMBLEEEEEE!!!!

We initially glued 1 short piece to 1 long piece, so we could line them up properly.

After the glue set for a while, we put finishing nails on each side of the 45 degree angle. Here I am:

On the front however, we opted to put 6 nails on the outsides so there will be no nails at all on the front.

You can definitely get the idea now what it's going to look like...

Here is the collar mocked up onto the lid.

The collar was a bit off when the 4 pieces were put together, but that was solved by pressing it down and glueing it. It lays completely flat and true though. In the two pictures above the collar is simply resting on the lid, not attached. We decided to wait because there was some caulking that hadn't dried yet. It'll be done soon.

There will be LOTS of pictures once we start getting to that point. GF and I agreed that we will not pour 1 pint before the paint is done.

Also,

What happens when you get some leaves on your Monsterator/Kilterator??? Just blow them off, dummy! I'm Dr. Steve Brule! For your health!
