Default Probe help needed for fermentation chamber
I have the TS-5 temp probe hooked up to my TSS2 controlling a chest freezer and am wondering if any of you have an idea how I could rig it up to put it inside my fermenter to get an internal temp reading? Right now I'm duct taping it to the outside and wrapping it with bubble wrap but I'd like something a little more precise.

What kind of fermenter is it? Plastic? glass? stainless? Does it have threaded fittings on it? What does the probe look like? Is it just a wire, or is it a SS tube?

You can buy rubber stoppers for carboys with thermowells. You would just meed to make the sure the probe wasn't too fat to fit in.
