Default Phase 2 brewery boiler testing

Have finally beat PID code into submission and hit target operation for strike water heating @ .5GPM, here is a chart Picasa Web Albums - Kevin - Boiler Test, here is the boiler Picasa Web Albums - Kevin - New Boiler an.... Next goal is the boiler water and wort flow control loops then steam/wort mixer temperature control. After loop tuning is finished the final testing with malt and sequence control, then test run with full size mash to see if all the design features work and target gravity is reached. The design goal with the boiler is to heat strike water, sparge water, and make steam for step mashing. With the flash boiler it should be possible to dough in with less than 10 minutes needed from cold start to finish, and make mash temperature steps of up to 50 degrees in about 10-12 minutes.
