It looks great in person, and most importantly - beer comes out of it if you pray hard enough. I've watched Peter demo the whole setup for people and they are invariably impressed.

Peter inspired (kidnapped?) me and got me into brewing with him. I've now got the same 7 cuft freezer in my living room holding my carboys (München Helles and a Heffeweizen) until I can transfer 'em over to the new Corney kegs. Can't wait to do my own keezer build thread!

...there have been some long days of work getting all the equipment going (I came in only recently) but man...drinking YOUR beer sure beats a lot of the bottled horse piss they try to pass on us as beer.

I believe you board says that tap #5 has Jersey Birch Beer. That makes an awesome build even better!

Yeah, tap 5 is the 2.5gal corny and is reserved for Soda. We don't go through enough soda for me to make 5 gallons of soda at a time.

The wife lived in jersey for a few years and the first time i made the birch beer, she said it reminded her of jersey, hence the name.
