Default Not really DIY, but has anyone used these for fermentatioN?

They boast keeping cool when wet, and I might try using one to wick from my tub of water up to my carboy for fermentation to maintain a lower temp than a t-shirt can.

Has anyone tried these? I'll probably try one with a fan blowing on it and once without and see what kind of temps I can get.
