I will cut the top off 1 and the bottom off another, weld them together and add leggs and fittings. They will be around 40 gal each when done. Hell, they even come with 30 psi relief valves and they are double walled stainless. They will also be able to carbonate in them.

That sounds like a great plan as well you lucky dog to get your hands on them. Post your progress plus thanks for posting those pictures.

Yea, I just found out. I have 3 10 ltr ones also. I just priced them from $400 to $5500. I may need to sell these and buy real ones.....:D

I'm guessing this is your plan but a local brewery used their conicals under pressure with a pressure valve. They're able to carbonate while fermenting. Drop the trub as usual and have carbed beer that much quicker.
