put two drain spigots on it. One that will drain it completely for travel, and another that is about the height of a the lower 1/3 of a cornie inside the thing. (as in draw a line on a cornie, 1/3 up from bottom, put in trashcan to see where it is there, and make a mark).
Then you can leave the upper drain open so melting ice won't float your kegs as they drain, which can be annoying because it shakes up yeast in there (cloudy beers), and if they tilt much sometimes it will keep you from draining them completely.
