Love controller with attached sockets

I came across an aquarium temp controller on ebay last night. Its the same as the one everyone is using except it has a prewired box with 2 sockets already to plug in whatever you want controlled. Unfortunatley I cant access ebay from work(bastards) so I cant link to it right now. Im hoping someone knows what Im talking about. Im not very electrical savy so I was wondering why this wouldnt work. I cant tell if it will control two different temps or the same temp on two different devices. Also cant tell if it will heat and cool like the others. Thanks for your help. Sorry about the limited info. Ill try and post a part number later. Cheers
