Default The Keezer is GO!!! Some questions!

So last week I got a Whirlpool 14.8 CF freezer, and this AM I wired up my Ranco temp controller.

All 5 kegs are already in there (4 empty), 20lb co2 tank as well, and I have room for more. All this with two hanging drawers in there as well. Room for bottles and hops.

Some questions that come to mind!

1. How should I handle the ranco temp probe? I've read about suspending it in a tube of blue freezer pack get. A cup of water, or just in the air in the keezer.

2. HOPS - With the keezer being above freezing, is it recommended to keep hops in there, or should I keep them in the freezer in the house?

Thanks

Lucas

Your temp controller will work better in a liquid container, but will work fine without.
The hops will store longer at colder temps so it depends on how soon you will use them.
