That rig looks amazing. It is a lot of work cutting those fishmouths correctly in round tubing. I made my crude 3 tier with round tube from a portable basketball hoop thing. What a lot of work!
Those burners, yes they are loud. They also seem to waste a lot of btu's when turned up. I am much happier with the banjo style burner, they are quiet, have much shorter and more evenly spread flames.
I am jealous of your rig.

I'm glad that someone can relate to the amount of work needed to fishmouth all of those connections when using tubing. When the tubing is free it makes it a lot easier to spend the extra time grinding and welding rather than splurging on the square stock. Plus I liked the way it looks to blend with the other stainless tubing that holds liquid.

Default Frame as conduit

Originally I ran all my wiring through the top front rail of the frame. With about 10 left in my boil the top rail got so hot that it melted all of my wiring to my solenoids and pumps. This left me with the major project of ripping out all of my wiring and running another piece of tubing as a separate conduit to the control panel.

You can see the conduit going to the back side of the control panel box.

That's a great looking machine. I'm sure there are microbrews out that that are jealous. Have you thought about using your BCS to implement an semi-automated CIP (clean in place) process?

Default Cip

I have thought about a CIP function but havent got too deep into the programming of my informal brew day process. If you have ideas on a process and the programming involved i'd love to more fully utilize the capabilities of the BCS.

Where did you buy your tri-clamps? I started looking into them and $35 is the best price I've found for a set.
