Default Iron Duke Brewing: All Stainless Brewery Build and Inaugural Brew Day

Throughout the past summer I have been reading the many informative threads on this site and have learned a great deal from them. I began the year with only a couple of extract brews under my belt and now have completed my first all grain brew. Using many of the ideas and methods I have read about, I began the construction of my single tier brewery. Most of my design was modeled after Boerderij Kabouter's

Here a couple pics of my first brew day making a Murphy's Irish Stout Clone Recipe.

Wow. Bling city. You're going to need sunglasses to brew on that bad boy. Very nice.

No kidding! Don't leave it in the sun too long!

BTW, I love the AB logos in ultra-chrome!

All you need is some 22" rims instead of casters and your set...

Does wort and water flow through the frame? It looks like a thermometer and tri-clovers are attached to the frame rails.

Default Frame and Kettle supports

I built the frame from 2" stainless tubing. It doesn't have anything flowing through it. The temperature probes that are connected to it are just in their holders. I welded a couple of connectors to the frame so that when I am switching these around there is a place other than the ground to put them.

Default Bare Frame

Here is the bare frame. What you cant see here is the countless hours of grinding and welding to get the round stock to fit together snugly for welding.
