Default How to fix MLT dead space

There's about an inch of space below the manifold in my Mash Lauter Tun that definately causes some wort to be lost there when I mash and lauter.

Any ideas on how to fill up this dead space? I'm thinking some type of casting resin or food grade epoxy but I don't know enough about those products.

Make the slots deeper, tilt the mast tun and then then live with it.

Agreed. The slits should be on the bottom.
