HERMS Design

I am designing a HERMS system to be fully automated by a BrewTroller board with 2 MUX boards (1 for driving the solenoid valves and one for the SSR for the heating element and pump) More information about the BrewTroller can be found here.

In any case I was wondering if I could get a few of you peeps to look over my flow diagram for my HERMS system, just checking to make sure I didn't miss anything. (if the pic doesn't show up, it can be found here.

The red lines to the HLT go to a heat exchanger?

I like the diagram; it's tidy and easy enough to follow.

Is this going to be on a single tier?

The thick red lines going to the HLT is going to a HEX. This could go either a single tier or 2 tier, the later allows a gravity feed back into the MLT and drains out the HEX coil when you transfer from MLT to BK.
