Default Help me with this conversion

OK. I'd like to scale back my bottling operation and get into kegs. I have a LaCrosse Pepsi machine from the seventies. The compressor works good and I haven't used it in ages. We really don't drink soda, so.....
I want to convert this to a kegerator. I have removed all the interior junk, now I just need to figure out what system to use for kegs. I believe it will hold 4 cornies, so I intend to start collecting them. Can anyone suggest the taps and lines that I will need. I haven't really done any of this kind of stuff before.
Also, I have a co2 tank from welding. Is this going to bo ok to use?

Thanks

I would go with ball lock cornies. The tank should be just fine. I believe that Midwest brewing carries keg equipment

I have no idea what the machine looks like, but I'm guessing it's just a pepsi fridge?

The welding tank will work fine....I get my tanks refilled at a welding supply shop.

Taps - Perlicks are tops, don't get anything else or you'll regret it. Perlick 525s are great, and cheap ish ($27 from AHS, if memory serves)

Lines - 10 feet of 3/16" thick walled beverage tubing per keg for liquid lines. Gas lines can be 1/4" or 3/16" as well, as long as they can handle 30 PSI or so.
