If it is the problem, I just gently ran the right sized drill bit through the hole and opened it up, worked perfectly after that.
Cheers

You are referring to the disconnect and not the actual post on the keg, correct?

I checked all three last night and everything was OK. I borrowed a single faucet jockey box from a friend that I may take to the beach instead. Either way I till need to figure out what is wrong with my setup.

Any update on this? Been curious about it, since I'm about to make/buy a jockey box.

I would try running some Star-San trough the lines till it pours out the taps, let it sit for a few hours, and then run beer through the lines again.

Do you have a keg that you can push some Star-San through?

I agree with this make sure it is clean, the other thing is make sure you run some beer through it before adding ice, if you add the ice first and have any water still in it from flushing it can freeze inside the pass and cause foaming... You could also try the epoxy mix sticks that others are using on their kegerators and see if they make a difference...
