Finally scored!

I've been looking for a SS sanke keg for months! I finally found one today at Specs (don't know if you all have Specs stores in your neighborhood..). They sold it to me for $30 as a returned/rejected keg. Now I just can't decide if I should make a MLT or a keggle. I already have an 11gal kettle so I'm leaning towards an MLT. I just got into all grain, but I do BIAB. I'd love to step it up to the next level with a mash tun. What would you do with it?

I'd definitely go with a Mash Tun if you can find a way to insulate it well enough. Even though I have a burner for my keggle mash tun, I rarely use it because I figured out an effective way to insulate it. Works almost as well as a giant cooler.

Nice thread Stankonia! Thanks for the hook up! I think this has encouraged my MLT idea even more!
