I really like the idea!!!! Gotta work on this now...

I have a concern about ball valves and sanitation. There have been a couple posts that have pictures of ball valves that have been taken apart and there was all sorts of nasties around the ball. I would be worried that the valve could never be cleaned enough.

I guess it would get as nasty as the tap.

i was thinking about using a "lock out-tag out" type box for my picnic taps. the wife says i have to lock up the tap from my 12 year old son. he dose not like my beer (i let him sip it to try it) i figure if there is not any curiosity then im OK to procrastinate on this task haha
