My friend came over and made some really good sangria while I was smoking jerky. There was a bunch left over, and being a brewer I slapped a couple of 22s full of it and figured I would let it sit around and age and see how the flavors changes.

What are you favorite things to make and then age?

So far my favorite aged item has been a bottle of port that I made a long time ago which I "lost" in my kegerator. Was so good...

Apfelwien and variants of it. So I would say wine and beer!
