Default DIY - Carboy temp control help

What is the cheapest way to put a carboy temp controller together? I am trying to control a Fermwrap. Do the STC-1000 work good for this?

Yes the STC will work for this and is probably the cheapest option, provided you are slightly handy and can follow a simple diagram.
