Counter pressure Bottling station
That's a concept version of my bottling station.
The bottle filler is pretty standard. most parts which in contact with the beer are stainless, execpt the co2 ball valve on the left. The needle valve was replaced with adjustable pressure relief valve. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-p...0/IMG_4015.JPG I've mount it on a piece of wood with spring lag, so it will hold the bottle while filling. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-M...5022012806.jpg https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-R...5022012807.jpg |
Nice job! I like the spring loaded bottle holder.

Thanks, Yep that's starsan. |
GJ! that's a pretty good setup and looks like you've made yourself a counterpressure filler that can easily be handled alone. When i get around to building a CP filler, i'm definitely keeping this in mind.

Look MAH! No Hands.
I like it! :mug: |
What is the relief valve?
Love the simplicity of this CPF.
One question though - I'm having trouble finding a suitable relief valve. Do you have a part number and supplier for this? |
Nice job... that's awesome!
Yeah, what pressure relief valve is that? Do you have it set just slightly less than the Co2 pressure? |
