Double R has the right idea. Just remember that bigger may not
be better when it comes to your mash tun.
What size batches are you brewing? If you are only doing 5 gallon batches, anything much over 34 to 48 qt [which can accommodate the grain bill for high gravity beers] can actually be too big. You want to make sure you have a nice deep grain bed [6"-12"] to filter your wort. If you get some huge 70 gallon cooler b/c it is on sale, you could end up spreading your regular gravity beer grains too thin and end up with cloudy wort.
