Default Chopped up my keg today (with pics)

I decided to cut up my sanke keg today. I'm thinking I will be making a mash tun with it. All I have left to do is polish it and get my valves and hardware.. I'll post more photos as I go;

First cut..

Removing the ring..

The hole is cut..

De-burred and the lid fits like a glove..

The glass lid is pretty neat! Not like there is much to see inside of a mash tun but you don't see clear lids often.

Yeah it was an extra lid I had laying around. It will be covered with insulation when I'm mashing, so it won't matter much.

I have a few sheets of stainless steel lying around that I'm going to use to make a false bottom for this baby...

Nice job. But replace that 4th picture with the one that shows the de-burred hole. I'm going to guess that it is top notch like the rest of your work.
