Default cheap and simple water filter

I built this simple water filter to fill up the brew kettle and soda water keg and thought I would share. All the parts were from home depot and cost under $20. It can attach to either my faucet or my garden hose. I did a taste test of the water and you can definitely tell the difference between filtered and unfiltered.

Parts:
inline water filter
faucet to garden hose adapter
garden hose to 3/8" nipple adapter
3/8" tubing

That's a great idea I will probably utilize in the future.

I just use one of these filters and it has been working great. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Camco-Water-Filter-with-Hose/14504321
