Can Vassani wine chiller get down to lagering temps?

Looking for a fermentation chamber to use in my apartment without significant modification and have settled on the Vassani 52-bottle wine chiller from Home Depot.

I have an STC-1000 controller in the mail at the moment and will likely wire past the built in thermostat.

I've been scouring and can't seem to find a definitive answer, does anyone know if they get cold enough to lager or even cold crash? I'm looking for an answer before I spend the dinero.

With the controller yes. I have lagered and cold crashed in mine.
