Default Can I use this?
I am not real good with anything but house wiring, can i hook this up to a freezer or fridge? Draw it up and I could do it, but I wont know what it means

Also just got an upright freezer for free, but it has cooling lines under the racks, what can i use this thing for?

If your not sure about the wiring I would go with something more popular on these boards. Ranco would be the simple choice and Love controller the more versatile. Either of those are very popular and known to work well and will be easy to get answers to any questions you might have about them.
