I brew with my brother and my dad. When my dad wanted to build this I thought he was crazy. It cost about 70$ and was a lot of work. We brew and bottle beer for all three of us( sometimes 8 cases at a time). With this sanitizer we can brew a 12 gallon batch and bottle 8 cases of beer in a 6 hour brew day. If your bottling 2 cases at a time this is not for you. If your bottling 6-8 cases at a time its worth the investment.

Very nice. I'm doing something similar...well actually not, same concept different approach and using bottle fillers up side down so you can swap bottles on the fly and it shuts off by itself.
