Bottle sanitizer/washer

Lots and lots of plumbing going on here. Looks pretty neat but in the time it would take me to put this together I could do a hand job on a couple thousand bottles.

Hand job? :D

Thats what she said... sorry couldn't resist. Looks good though but would cost like $60+ in parts

Stated otherwise: I could manually clean a couple thousand bottles.

That better?

I brew with my brother and my dad. When my dad wanted to build this I thought he was crazy. It cost about 70$ and was a lot of work. We brew and bottle beer for all three of us( sometimes 8 cases at a time). With this sanitizer we can brew a 12 gallon batch and bottle 8 cases of beer in a 6 hour brew day. If your bottling 2 cases at a time this is not for you. If your bottling 6-8 cases at a time its worth the investment.

I think it's overkill for most of us, but AWESOME overkill nonetheless. :mug:

Very nice. I'm doing something similar...well actually not, same concept different approach and using bottle fillers up side down so you can swap bottles on the fly and it shuts off by itself.
