My brewing setup consists of a homemade rectangular cooler mash tun and a 9 gallon bayou classic pot with burner. Generally I just use a stool to set the tun on during brew day and just have the burner out.
I'd like make a gravity stand for this setup and possibly mount a plate chiller to it somewhere.
Anyone ever tackle something like this for their batch sparge setup? I'm thinking something made out of wood with wheels on it.
