Default Bar finally under construction!

So after several years of my wife runninf a pre-school/daycare in our home, we closed in August 08. I now get to reclaim the downstairs portion of the house. I have been planning the bar for the last 2+ years, and finally construction has started....

Here is a earlier revision of the bar I did in sketchup, the cabinet doors are not in this version of the sketchup plans.

This is the corner of the house it is going too, still needs new paint and new flooring.

Nice I'm glad to see you making some progress on this! I think I remember you posting your sketch ups before (and needed help with using the program to work to your liking). Keep up the good work and keep us posted!

Ok here is a small update. Did a bit more framing and interior trim of the bar. The bar is birch, some A1 Birch Plywood, the rest slid birch that has been planed and ripped to size.

Here are the taps all hooked up and serving beer. The taps have not yet been anchored to the wall in the photos.

The tile is there just for temporary purposes while we host a Super Bowl party.

Ok after being lazy, drinking more beer than brewing, and saving up a little extra cash....

Here is a long overdue update.

Upper bar top put on, hardiebacker installed, and rough layout of tiles.
