Default Bar build

I'm in the process of building a bar in my downstairs and had a couple questions.

I'm going to purchase the following kegerator to install under the bar:

http://www.kegerator.com/KC2000TWIN-EdgeStar-Full-Size-Dual-Tap-Kegerator-And-Keg-Beer-Cooler/KC2000TWIN,default,pd.html?cgid=Kegerators-Home_Kegerators

I'd like to run the lines, if possible, through the bar and secure the taps to the bar top itself. My problem is, that I won't be able to get it for a couple weeks, but want to stain and finish the bar this weekend. I'd prefer to drill the holes in the bar top prior to finishing it. Does anyone know the proper size hole(s) I'd have to drill to install the tap? Also, I'm going to want to install a drip pan. Does anyone know what size drip pan would be appropriate for a dual tap tower? Any help would be appreciated.

I would say your best bet is just to email the supplier to find out. They could probably measure it up for you, or might have had people ask them questions about that before

Cheers,

Clint

Can't seem to get a direct link for the drip tray , go to this page & do a search for " drip tray " , this is the one I have & it is Stainless Steel 19 1/2 x 4 x 1 & is only $18 dollars , almost half the price as kegworks for the same one http://www.barproducts.com/index.php?utm_medium=Bookmark

If you want a drain for you're drip tray you can get one here -http://www.kegworks.com/drain-assembly-for-drip-tray-1314-p16764?source=nextopia & http://www.kegworks.com/1-2-npt-x-1-2-hose-adapter-for-drain-trays-1314-p20693?featured=

If you are going to install a kegorator flush under a counter, you really want one that has front ventilation. Installing a kegorator with the intake, exhaust, and coils on the back of the unit equals zero ventilation and overheated compressors.

Here are the undercounter models from the same website with front ventilation:

http://www.kegerator.com/Under-Counter-Kegerators-Summit-Keg-Coolers/Kegerators-Undercounter_Kegerators,default,sc.html?psortb1=ca tegory-pos_Kegerators-Undercounter_Kegerators

If you do want to install a rear-ventilation kegorator under a counter, you need to leave about 3-4 inches of space all around the unit to allow air to circulate to the rear of the unit.

Ya know what? That's actually the drip tray I bought. I remember now being excited that I found it so cheap. Good call.
