Is there a way to do a factory reset on the Auber SYL?

I am just testing my HLT and the thing is trying to heat beyond the set point! I have messed with it for hours. I ran it in auto tune a few times. Things are just getting worse the more I do!

I went through all the parameters and set them per the original settings is this all I can do?

The first one I had crapped out before I had it installed in my control panel. Now this. Anyone else had problems? What is better?
