Nice photo write-up of your mill station, thanks for sharing it.
Next time you use your mill, could you take another photo of the MaltMill itself, from below, attaching onto the cart? I'm not sure how you did that part, and could not really tell from the above image.
I ask because I have a JSP Maltmill, similar v-belt sheave, and will be using a salvaged electric motor from a clothes dryer -- but I do not have a cart or stand to put it all together on!! I'm completely utterly stupid at woodworking but I'm trying to figure out how to assemble all the pieces into something useable.
Edit -- I did not notice the bolt head at first due to the image size... but after squinting a bit, I think I see how it goes together now.
So if I have this right... the horizontal wooden "rails" that the MaltMill sits on are 1"x2" boards, and the MaltMill bolts onto them from below.
And then each side of the horizontal "rail" is.. screwed?.. nailed?.. into the 1"x4" vertical structure beams, correct?
