I know that March recommends that the inlet side of the pump face down with the outlet facing up, which is the opposite of how your pumps are configured. It's counterintuitive, but they say it helps with prime. Do Chuggers not recommend the same configuration?? Maybe it doesn't matter as much since Chuggers are self-priming??
Just curious....I'm putting together a recirculating single-vessel BIAB RIMS stand right now, so I've been researching a ton lately.
I don't have any problems priming my system Topher. I just run the liquid through the lines to get the air out, hook the outlet hose female disconnect to a male disconnect and let it rip.
